1. How much is the rent per night?
Villa 1
- Weekdays - ₱12,000.00 (Monday to Friday).
- Weekends - ₱14,000.00 (Saturday & Sunday)
- Holidays - ₱14,000.00
Villa 2
- Weekdays - ₱10,000.00 (Monday to Friday).
- Weekends - ₱12,000.00 (Saturday & Sunday)
- Holiday - ₱12,000.00
Villa 3
- Weekdays - ₱10,000.00 (Monday to Friday).
- Weekends - ₱12,000.00 (Saturday & Sunday)

2. What time is the check in and check out ?
- 2 pm check in, 10 am check out on the other day.
- Special check in and check out times would depend on the availability.
3. How many beds are available?
Villa 1
- 1 queen sized bed (good for 2 persons) and 1 king sized bed (good for 2 or 3 persons)
Villa 2
- 2 queen sized bed (2 persons each bedroom)
Villa 3
- 2 queen sized bed (2 persons each bedroom)
4. Can i have extra bed?
- Yes, additional ₱850 / bed.
5. How many pax can fit in the villa?
For party/event
- VILLA 1: 30-40 pax
- VILLA 2: 20-25 pax
- VILLA 3: 20-25 pax
6. Is there a reservation fee? Mode of payment?
- Yes . 50% downpayment ( no payment no booking)
- You can pay via Gcash, Cash or Bank Transfer
- Send your proof of payment to confirm your booking.
- NO Payment NO Confirmed Booking
- First to PAY will be Prioritized to confirmed the Slot
7. Is there an available stove?
- No, but you can bring a microwave and rice cooker.
8. Once paid, Is it refundable?
- No, but dates are transferable.
9. Do you have extra tables & chairs?
- No, but dates are transferable.

- Security deposit (₱2,000) will be paid upon check in and will be given back upon check out.
- Non-refundable but date transferable .
